transfering images from internal memory

I recently took some photos without the memory card in the camera. is there any way I can transfer the photos onto the memory card?

Probably not internally (although I don't know that model so I can't be 100% sure) but the most straightforward way would be to download the images from the internal memory onto your PC, then copy them from the PC to the card using a card reader.
