All really good Gareth, but the b & w is something very special.
It's a personal thing, but for me the light vignetting on the two hands and feet doesn't add to what are in every other respect excellent photographs.
Your Olibobs is a fine looking kid, his happy personality shines through. Looks like you're getting the most out of your K-3 II!

Ronnie. I decided on the white vignette as without it the image was nice but it allowed the eye to wander around the image more as there are details / textures there in the hands and fleece so by including it, not only does it offer a softer look, but it draws the eye into the area that I want to focus on, that being the hands and feet

I like the angle of flash light in No2 and how you've turned his face towards it ... Nice soft light also. From the catchlights it looks like a softbox .... ?
