Today at Mallory Park

After the excesses of Christmas Day, I went to Mallory Park today for some fresh (very!) air and a bit of motor sport in the form of the Plum Pudding meeting. This is a mixed car and bike event featuring an eclectic mixture of machinery. I was there around 9.00am, had a brief chat and catch up with Simon Arron, then spent the test of the day trudging about in the cold and mud, and by 3.30pm the rain had started and the light had pretty much gone just as the last race was finishing. It all made for an enjoyable day out.

Thanks Don, glad it brought back some memories. The snow actually started as I was leaving the circuit, thankfully in the warmth of a car, not on a bike!
