Tired Blue Tits

Here are some shots of another Blue Tits nest that I have been watching,this one is in a rotten fence post. I think the juveniles have pulled out a few feathers from the adults head while grabbing food.

Looking around other sites it doesn't look bad enough to be a disease,
it might be due to the stress of bringing up a lot of young chicks.
