There's the SMC Pentax 28mm f3.5 - they are found from time to time but are not cheap.
I'm not sure how much the effect is reduced on APS-C, but in any event there are software solutions in Photoshop that work very well.

Unfortunately the various 3rd party offerings are not very wide. If you're after a shift lens for architecture the Pentax is the widest. Unfortunately, 28mm isn't all that wide on APSC although I found it worked very well when you had room, e.g., in a cathedral.
As a result, I invested in a 5x4 LF format set-up instead. Still worked out a fraction of the price of buying the Canon TS lens and a body!
