Taken today at Motorvation. A warm 38'C outside during the afternoon.

Sure looks warm there! I can't help but imagine your ladies here teleported to Marks snowy Dartmoor at sunrise

Well done for getting the poses and engaging them. They both suffer from harsh contrast in the conditions, the first with its bright background and the second with a dark background! They both would benefit from flash I think ... The first would be an ideal chance for some HSS fill -type illumination, and the second is begging for some off camera illumination behind the subject.

Out of interest, does the 'z' offer these options for flash, just like the standard DSLR's? I only mention the techniques as a point of interest and seeing the possibilities ... I fully understand it may not have been practical (eg if you didn't have a flash!).

The Zed does have the same flash functionality as we're used to. I had to update the Metz 58 to get the HSS working, but it works fine

A couple of cheerful looking girls. Very nicely photographed.
Best wishes,

Andrew

Don, I think HSS and other artificial contrast control measures are equally effective in any location.
