I don't know if I'll get one. In Québec, Nissin is a noodle brand.

It is a big beastie and will no doubt disappoint those that prefer small light kit. It should not bother us Pentax users though as according to Park cameras,

•Replaced the general flash tube by Quartz tube
•Unique high heat resistance materials
• Diffuser is supplied
•Support Canon E-TTL and Nikon iTTL system
•Guide number 60 (ISO100 / 105mm)
•Colour and Auto rotation LCD display
•Various functions – TTL, Manual/Av, Multi flash
•Wireless TTL (Master/ Remote), supports digital and analogue flash system.
•Sub-Flash
•Assorts with Nissin Power Pack PS300 and Battery Magazine BM-01
•Support High speed synchronize and USB service update
•Metal hotshoe

it’s Canikon flavoured.

Best regards

I would doubt it as the previous models did not have a Pentax fit.

Seems to have a very poor Guide No. 60 (ISO100 / 105mm)
and that's with a 105mm lens

Far too big by the looks of it!

Why do Pentax users always want everything brought out for
other systems?
Half Man... Half Pentax ... Half Cucumber

Pentax K-1 + K-5 and some other stuff

I'd rather have a Quantum battery for my 283's, then again I also have several full frame Pentax cameras

I have two Pentax AF400t flashes that I use with a Quantum battery. They can keep up the the camera in continuous shooting mode for a while.
