I got up at 0330hrs (plenty of time, here) and looked slightly east of north. At that hour it is moving east to west on a path where it will appear to be heading slightly over top of Polaris, though it is probably ~25° east of that star just now. It has just moved past Iota Draconis, find that on a star chart and it should appear as a fuzzball in binos.
BTW, Iota Draconis is just outside the frame to the right, here.

I have just planned "Operation: Find that bloody comet"!
Hopefully tomorrow my guide camera for the star tracking gizmo will turn up!!
