The lavender collection

The sun was out and the lavender was looking (and smelling) lovely. I already had my Tamron 90 on the K1 so I got in among it.
These are all extreme close-ups (six of them) with a Welsh poppy on the end - because I like them.

Beautiful set - those deep purples are spot on, and it looks like the lighting was fairly harsh - you've done a great job on controlling it

2nd for me. Like Lenny says, that deep purple, so rich in colour

Simply beautiful - all of 'em.

Yellow poppies ..... take the ripe seedpods and crush the seeds into your hand, then sling them across the garden. They pop up in the most delightful places!
