Is it possible that the asian/eastern face is generally more symmetrical than the western face and is the symmetrical face considered better for the fashion industry?

Of course a symmetrical face is better since they are more beautiful. no question about that.
Don't know if it has to do with the topic here though since the overall features are different.

as Asian markets open up, and Asian consumers increase in numbers, Marketing trends will reflect the need to sell to those markets. Nothing to do with anything but using Asian faces to sell to Asian consumers.
