That was an interesting point regarding "Jolly Rodger" software. One of the excuses I've heard is, "Well they haven't lost a customer because I couldn't afford to buy it any way and I don't use it professionally". So if the photographer achieves a little fame and gets asked "How I did it" it could lead to an embarrassing situation

In no way is this pinched, Its obvious who the author is, and from where It's from.
I'm not saying or implying it's was my work, and by linking to the original article I'm giving the original author the credit for the work, aren't I??

The share button is to give the link to Facebook users not give you permission to reprint the whole thing lol...

You've all missed the point that the article linked to was already basically copied from elsewhere!

I knew that, the guy at the guardian said he had his permission to reprint at the guardian, which shows just how easy it is for work to get lost and even to become an orphan...

The Internet makes this kind of inadvertent transgression all too easy -- and context is everything. Infringing copyright, whether of text or photos, used to be a much more premeditated thing, relatively hard to do accidentally. But as you've just shown, it's much easier to slip up now. There is amusement to be had, as you recognise, from the nice irony involved.
