Set the GR4 to hard mono, maybe a bit dark as set to -7/10. I thought user ' smc' might be interested

Decent experiment, not a fan of the resulting contrast on normal brightness (on phone) but it does look striking on full brightness.

The composition for #3 is better than the other two also IMO.

Keep experimenting!

A little too "deep" for my tastes, but dialling back a little is going to produce some excellent images. The clarity, contrast and tonal range look great otherwise. As Haris says, keep experimenting - that's the best way to learn!

The GR4 looks like a very capable digital. I agree with Lennybloke, it does need some tweaking but looks very promising. It reminds me I need to unearth my ancient GR (first generation) for some travel photography this summer.
