They seems as rare as hen's teeth these days. I think they all seem to be in private hands these days. Good luck with the search.

I have one and I use it very rarely so I would consider selling it, but what price for that item could I get? (I use it with Tamron CF Tele Macro 80-210 mm F/3.8-4, could you also estimate what would be the price tag on that?)

To be honest I have seen them go for up to £100, purely for the adapter, on ebay, the Tamron lens for up to £20 with no adapter. I have a generic PK adapter for my 70-210, 35-70 and 28mm lenses, but it would be nice to get the full use of them as I use them with m42 and C/Y cameras already. I was hoping to pay about £30-40 so my advice would be to stick it on ebay you should get good money for the two.

Adapter is actually worth a lot more than the lens.
I have 3 of the PK/A mounts (and one PK) and wouldn't part with them as they are all in use but I would say the adapter is worth around £60 and the lens half that if you are lucky.

My PK mount cost me £10 on Ebay incl delivery, they normally go for a little more but nowhere near the price of the PK/A

PK mounts got for £10-20 on ebay, PKAs for about £50-60.

Best wishes, Kris.

I think I gave someone on here (I forget who) £60 for my PKA mount, and consider that I paid about the going rate.

They are one item which only seems to get more expensive.
you don't have to be mad to post here

but it does help

That was me. I think I could have got a little more for it on ebay, but I was happy to pass it on to a deserving P.U.

The Pentax 1.7x AF converter is in a similar position price-wise (at least it was when I sold mine), in that they're around £200 now, but only £70 two or three years ago.

Luckily I bought both the AD2 mount and the converter at the right times.

Im still hunting for a reasonable priced 1.7X converter.
Of my 3 PK/A mounts, one came from this forum for £30, another came with a 80-250mm Tamron for £18 and the other came with my 72B Tamron 90mm macro which cost me £75.

now THAT was a bargain, you could legitimately charge that much for either the mount or the lens!

Yes, when I bought the lens (Ebay) I didn't realize the PK/A adapter was included .. there was no mention of it at all.
