Tamron 70-200 2.8 question

I'm planning on purchasing the Tamron 70-200 2.8 and I wonder what TC I can use with this lens on my Pentax K200D?
One I have seen on ebay is this one link

Anyone have experience with this lens and TC? It would be used for aviation photography in replacement of my DA 55-300

I have the tamron 70-200mm f2.8, I use the Kenko 1.5 TC
and yes, it does auto focus with TC.
I also have the Sigma 150-500mm APO the latest one and that may be even better for you.

I'd prefer staying in 70-200 for close up shots as I see that the airport I take my pictures at (Brussels) is perfect for a 70-200. For shots further out such as in airshows, I'm going to try to get me a 300 prime

What are your experiences with the Tamron in terms of missed AF? I see this coming up in all the reviews of this lens...
Also, is the difference IQ of this lens used with the TC at max range very noticeable?

I have had no problems with missed focusing , the cameras used in the test were Canon and they do have problems with 3rd party manufacturers Sigma included , I was talking to one of the Sigma technicians just 2 days ago and he recons Canons are the worst for focus problems.

I understand they cant get there own lenses to focus right never mind a 3rd partys

I nearly missed the TC (Ebay link) you were using I have 2 TC's 1 Kenko 1.5 and a Tamron 1.5 both are AF versions.
The Tamron is quite rare.

I should think it is as well, I know of a AF 1.4x version but not a 1.5x

Even the 1.4x AF Tamron is rare, they are like rocking horse poo.
