Tamron 17-50mm Pentax AF 1.7x Teleconverter Tokina 100-300mm f/4

LBA bites again so have the following for sale.

I have upgraded to DA* 16-50mm so my well regarded Tamron 17-50mm has to go.

IQ wise there is very little difference between the Tamron and Pentax lens, I have wanted WR for so long to match my 50-135mm so took the plunge.

The lens has been used, it was my work horse so there are scratches (light) on the body, there is also a little dust in the rear element, there is also minor marks on the inside element where the front glass has rubbed on the inner element, a common fault. The front bezel is also missing due to having to tighten up the front element due to the usual coming loose.

None of these faults affect IQ or usage but would rather the buyer know beforehand. Complete with original front cap, Sigma rear cap, box and all documentation. Bought from SRS around early 2008 so no warranty.

Pentax SMC AF 1.7x Teleconverter

I recently bought this from MikeP to complement my Tokina 100-300mm f/4 where it worked really well. I am looking to upgrade to the Sigma 150-500mm.

The teleconverter works really well and I was impressed with the AF speed on my k-5 which always locked first time and quickly.

Complete with box, original front and rear caps, non original lens bag.

I have owned this lens for over a year now and bought it on ebay from a US seller, I am looking to get back what I paid with duty fees etc..

This is a very rare opportunity and one I may come to regret later..

Lens has no issues, comes with original front cap, OEM rear cap, OEM hood and a Matin lens bag.

Although manual focus the lens is sharp and easy to use if a little heavy, I used it most weekends this year for festival use and did not find it heavy to walk around with all day.
