T10 focusproblems

I have a T10, nice camera, but having great troubles with autofocus.
In full wide it won't focus, when the subject is over 3 feet away, then I give it at little tele and then it will focus!!!
Anyone els having the same problem?

Hello Erikro, I don't own a T10 but from what you say I would guess that it is broken in some way. Unfortunately, repairs for digital cameras are usually unrealistic as they often cost more than simply replacing the camera with a new one.

If you bought your T10 recently then it should be covered by a warranty (all Pentax products carry a 12 month warranty from new) so you should send it back and ask for a replacement. If it is older than that (and has fallen outside of the warranty period) then I think you will be best served by buying a replacement camera - sorry I can't offer any better advice!

But I have bought it second hand and there is no warranty any more.

Maybe I can fix it myself, will try.
