SWAP: Cokin P filters for Polarizer

I have Cokin P series filter holder, 58mm adaptor ring, one P121 grad filter, and two P152 ND filters. Filters come in plastic Cokin cases.

I am willing to swap all the above for one circular polarizing filter, 52mm. I am only interested in screw filter with no requirement for a filter holder.
