The usual way is to unscrew the front ring, the one with 'SMC Takumar' etc on it

can i expect a similar approach?
It is not only the front element that wobbles, it feels like it's the entire barrel, the moves back and forth when you focus, that wobbles.

Have some of you ever tried to open such a lens?
I have a sample which can wobble between mount and the focus ring / front element.
Can i do something to solve this problem?
