Yes and that's an impressive capture too, I never knew this was going to happen last night although the way the weather is over here at the moment I don't think I would have seen the moon for all the cloud and rain. (hose pipe ban Ha HA Ha).

Has turned quite a lot hasn't it.
I'm no expert on luna movements so I guess it was just the time of night. I took it around 21.30 on Friday. As I said, total cloud last night.

Maybe colour reversal or is that the same as slide film? Both good captures. Maybe the difference between Northern and Southern hemisphere or is that the wine speaking....

Some nice shots there, but Bob's is the one for me. The moon looks just past full, so there is more detail in it.
Still impressive considering I have to use a telescope to get (half)-decent shots.
