A good bit of advice Richard.......
........get the tripod fixed
Its a bit dingy but I sort of like it, I think its the angle that does it, making those cross branches almost horizontal across the frame.
Its just lacking an evil looking figure on a black horse

Yeah I do need to fiddle with the settings as I thought it was a bit too dark too.
As for the guy on the horse, well I'll try to find one next time

I just tweaked it using the shadow highlight tool in CS3. It can be jollied up quite a bit. Better if the RAW file was available.
