Have a look at the Lowepro Slingshot 200AW.
I can't get on with any bag that is carried by just one shoulder. The slingshot has an additional strap that makes it feel as comfortable as a backpack. It can also be quickly moved around to the front of the body to gain access to its contents.

Lowepro Slingshot 200AW definitely. Best bag I've ever had
I can pack in K10D+grip, 24-90, 12-24, 80-320, 50/1.4, AF360 plus cards, batteries and bits.

I too have the slingshot 200AW
Seems like thats the users choice
Although its a backpack not a shoulderbag, which you would think would take longer to change gear, this is certainly more effecient with the slingshot function, allows for quick changing of gear.

Thanks for the info. Would the k20 with the grip attached fit the slingshot 200.

Personally I adore the Slingshot concept, though contrary to others here, I have chosen to give the 200 a miss.
I use the 100 (in its Pentax Crossover Bag incarnation) for the small package (K20D+grip and my limited series lenses), and the 300 for the serious work (K20D+grip + DA* glass and some additional long, macro and flash). The 200 somehow was too small for that, but too large for the former.
Also, the 200's waist belt is a bit flimsy compared to the one on the 300 which really provides support. And it just got in the way when I didn't need it, which is why I prefer the 100 for the light weight alternative...
Just another look at things...

It surely will!! I even fit it in my 100! That is K20D+grip+O-ME53 VF loupe. Though the VF loupe does require the camera to be positioned rather precisely in the bag in order to close it properly. In the 100 that is...Thanks for the info. Would the k20 with the grip attached fit the slingshot 200.

Yes it will. I often have my K10D + grip + DA* 50-135mm with lens hood fitted in the centre compartment, SMCP-DA* 16-50 + SMCP-DA 12-24 in two of the lens compartments, my AF540FGZ flash with Sto-fen Omnibounce fitted and a SMCP-FA 50mm 1:1.4 in the other compartment.Thanks for the info. There's not quite enough room for both the lens hoods for the 12-24 & 16-50, so they share the hood from the 12-24. Not ideal, but better than no hood at all.
It's about as heavy as is comfortable to carry around for any length of time. To carry any more really needs a backpack.

I have the Slingshot 100aw and I like it as it forces me to choose which equipment I am going with and restrict what I take. The only problem is it does not fit my new 50to135 lens on the camera! I had the 200 until it was stolen and I replaced it with the 300.
The 200 was more comfortable as it had a diagonal strap to eliminate any tendancy for the shoulder strap to slide down.
There is no diagonal strap on my 300 and the bag DOES slip off the shoulder.
I am about to look at a Billingham.

we have a "Pentax" bag that I believe is simply a rebadged slingshot bag.
the k10 w/grip, and 16-45 + 28-200 + 501.4 all fit nice and leave room for spare cards +battery, 72mm polarizer and step down rings, 330 fgz flash, polaris meter, lens pen, and some micro mineral face powder.

Thanks for all your information.
After trawling through the net the price of the 200aw was betwen £49.00-£79 but on Monday morning I found the 2oo aw on amazon for £34.00 with free delivery. I orderd it and it arived on Tuesday morning. When I checked on amazon today I notced that the price has increased to £47.00 so I am glad I did not hangaround.
Could any body give me any tips of how to keep the k20 from moving around within the bag as it apears to be very loose
