It's in excellent condition and includes the original instruction manual.
The flash also comes with three adapters to attach it to the filter ring of a lens (49mm,52mm and 55mm). The flash is fired by a PC Sync cable(included) - not the hotshoe. My k-x did not have the correct port but my K5 does.
The flash is NOT P-TTL but does have an auto mode which cuts off the flash to avoid overexposure when used at the correct distance with the advised aperture and ISO. A table on the back of the flash tells you what to do. Otherwise it is fully manual.
Note: This has a low trigger voltage so is safe to use on a DSLR.
