There is a comments box in the online ordering process where you can enter your PU user name and ask for free postage. They will then discount the order.

I normally use the phone - georaphical numbers are included as free calls on my phone plan - so it's easy that way for me. Never had any problem

I have always received free postage when mentioning PU in the comments box.
I would expect them to refund the postage retrospectively if they miss your comment.

I have also always had fee postage by just putting my Pentax username in the comments box.

hi all, i brought a lens from srs but paid via paypal and there was no comment box this way, so have emailed them,(hopefully will get the postage back)

I haven't tried using PayPal for SRS yet, but usually there is a facility for sending a comment with a PayPal payment too. You may have to click something to bring it up.
