Just a hint: forget the Pantone software
Use ArgyllCMS + dispcalGUI on the Mac and PC. Makes a much, much better job using the Pantone Spyder hardware
(And the software is free!)
I have written guides on how best to run the software (search on this forum).
The Spyder Pro is a good piece of hardware.
