Very naughty - we have a rose in bloom! No photo as I only have one on my phone. Not bothering with one with the Pentax, even if I can find it as it and my computer are all packed up while we redecorate my room.It isn't spring, it's just a very naughty winter!

There's something about those old CCD sensors that just seems to work for pastel colours - those pink blossoms are a pig to get right with my modern (CMOS) gear. Mind you, I have a Foveon Sigma SD10, I wonder...

You get the same results from an *istD too. Personally I like the ornamental plum/ winter cherry because it stands out so against the huge trunk behind it.
