Do they both have the exif info available. That should tell you. but they sure look like one and the same.

They are certainly from the same viewpoint under the same lighting conditions with the same focal length, the second one is a fraction wider on the left edge. How would they have gotten access to yours?

I assume the second one is from the website, which is why it isn't as sharp as the first? At the size shown it is very hard to tell, but they do seem remarkably similar. Though the second one seems to show a fraction more on the left hand side.
Why not contact the webmaster of the site in question and query the copyright on the photo? If they know who took the photo, and can prove it, then you have your answer, if they don't I would suggest you make a claim, even if it is only to be credited with the photo on the site.
Keep it polite and friendly and see what happens.

No exif data with screen captures.I did resize one to make it as close to the other without cropping.
I was thinking of a donation to the Cathedral and a credit.

I am just testing the water to see if you are in agreement with me. Here are two pictures of the Dun Cow on the north side of Durham Cathedral.One is mine which I took from scaffolding some thirty feet up with permission and access granted by the Cathedral clerk of works.It has been posted on a online gallery for a few years. The other I have recently found on a local web site. I am 100% sure I is my picture they are using, what do you think?
