Mine is a rather obscure one of which little is known. Its AF and has a dedicated pentax mount (not the adaptall) .
Heres a pic of it, tell me if anyone has seen one before :
Nope - unusual filter size too, I was only aware of the Adaptall version which had a 49mm front end.

The only info i could ever find on it was brief mention from a japanese guy who has the one you are talking about.

I am guessing it may be a dental lens but i could be wrong.
Its a solidly built thing and quite heavy for its size.

Pwhoooar Clarky!

DEFINATELY one of your best yet, or maybe its because the subject is so cute

Glad to hear its not venomous but how big is it?

.....and your Tamron macro is the exact same model as mine, I didn't realise it was a bit of a rareity, I must do some research on it.

This on the Tamron website. Model number is '52E'.

Introduced 1990, discontinued 1992.

About all I could find. Perhaps more useful for the specification, than Google's attempt at the translation.
