Superb, yet again. Surely this one didn't stand still and pose for you??

I'm envious of your ability to bring things like this cricket into the kitchen. Wouldn't be allowed in my house...

Lovely images, a nice 3D effect. Number 2 is a great composition.

Be well, stay safe, but most of all, invest in memories

What you are allowed to bring into the kitchen and what you do bring into the kitchen are two very different things Steve - how else are you supposed to get photos of this quality?
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

They are very well behaved, Steve.

I keep them well supplied with leaves & flowers of wild plants from the verges down the lane, so when I want a snap or two, I get a spray of flowers & put it in front of the beast & it just walks on!

It then just continues to feed.

I then continue to snap it! (Sorry, HER).

I'll not enter into any discussion about my kitchen activity visiting Friends.
(You never know who's listening........)

And thanks for all your kind remarks, they're most encouraging!

Roger.

Another top quality result for us to appreciate your efforts Roger.

The subjects are very well behaved. Nothing stays put when I get close. Maybe I need to look less threatening, or something.
Nigel.

Getting older and grumpier. Taking longer to decide which lens to use today.
