Spam in Private Messages

There's a new spate of Spam in private messages, aimed at new users it would seem.

Many thanks to those who have reported this abuse, which has now been dealt with by banning the errant user.

The spam is unfortunately still a problem. I am a 25 year user of Pentax equipment but a new forum member and I have just received 2 scam emails. I have reported it to the help center, but thought I would post a comment here too.

Any residual messages will still be there but we all know not to reapond to them.

Every time an abuse happens ways to stop it are put into place. Spammers just keep trying unfortunately.
