Stunning pictures, but surely not at 600 metres (~1/3 mile)!
I know the K5 works better than my K7, but thats just too much to believe.
Am I right in guessing you meant 1/600th second?

Exposure Time (1 / Shutter Speed) = 1/250 second ===> 0.004 second
Lens F-Number / F-Stop = 63/10 ===> ƒ/6.3
ISO Speed Ratings = 1600
Original Date/Time = 2011:10:03 10:59:31
Flash = Flash did not fire, compulsory flash mode
Focal Length = 600/1 mm ===> 600 mm

WOW!
Were these taken using the tripod and Gimbal Danny?
Yup, sat in a bird hide in front of a pond all set up for some little birdies, but none showed up! There were plenty of these guys flying around so just thought 'why not?!"WOW!

The top one was also with the 250-600 @ 320mm 1250 ISO.
Not easy but certainly viable, beats chasing 'em around!
PS. Just done a review of the Wimberley for the website!
