My only comments are that the first two are looking off away from the camera. They both look disinterested or forced.
The last is better and my favorite of the three, but still like she is looking past the camera at something more interesting going on behind. Also, the left (her right) eye is out of focus. Sort of distracting.

Lighting and skin tones appear to be excellent.
If these are models posing for a group, it may be hard for each photographer to get shots directly into the camera.
I like #2, as there is a sense of mischief in her that comes across.

Thanks for the comments.
Mac hit the nail on the head, there were 5 shooters and another half a dozen club members wandering in and out of the studio (it was supposed to be a lighting tuition session), was very hard to get the girls to concentrate on one camera. I'll put more shots in my pbase gallery latter today for your viewing.
