Intentional Camera Movement which can give a similar look to your images. See images by forum member, "thingsthatihaveseen" aka Bill Ward.
That said, static things remain static while using the in camera mode so not quite the same I don't think.
Also, pretty sure the skill level required for using the in camera mode is much lower than what Bill produces! All you need is an idea, set the camera on the tripod, pick a number of shots and fire away - than pick and choose the best if you opt to save all stages; which I found is very useful and full proof.
Now, what would happen if one tried to combine that two....

Apologies David for failing to explain it better. To be honest, I wasn't sure what it is and how it worked when reading about, it only became clear when used. But then, I'm a much more of a 'learn by doing' person.
Inspired idea, wonderfully executed. Is it a coincidence that the feature abbreviates to ICM?
