A wonderfully sharp and colourful set. That first one is particularly good.
Best wishes,

Andrew

The light filtering through the clouds in No 4 does it for me. Well captured.

Thanks all for the kind words.

I forgot to add in the initial post that several of the goats have been killed around the village (last year), and sadly the offender(s) have still not been caught.

Click on the link for more info.

BTW, if you fancy a stay in this part of the world, the cottages in (4) are holiday cottages (usually booked during the summer months).

They are all very beautiful but my favourites are the goats and the row of white cottages in #4.

Again thanks all for the kind comments, all greatly appreciated.

derek897, on a very clear day we can see the Wicklow Mountains from viewpoints by the cottages in (4).
Vice-versa Yr Eifl should also be visible from your end on such days (the mountain in 1 and 4).

I thought that must be the Lleyn Peninsular. I stayed in that area in a holiday cottage a couple of times many years ago and loved it. I've heard that you can see the Wicklow Mountains from the top of Snowdon on a very clear day so its logical you could see them from Yr Eifl which is quite a few miles closer.

A nice set of pictures.

One slight niggle - number 4 has a slight blue cast, which makes it look a bit colder than maybe it should.

Just my opinion, of course.

Some people call me 'strange'.
I prefer 'unconventional'.
But I'm willing to compromise and accept 'eccentric'.
