Some Funghi

There's been a few really nice Funghi images on here recently, many in natural woodland settings - I've been looking out of my front window for about a week now thinking how nice the golden leaves sprinkled on the lawn looked - until I realised that the lawn has a liberal sprinkling of these strange things. Identification would be appreciated (but I doubt they'll make it into tomorrows dinner)

I think they could be common funnels, the gill texture is right and the colour is close, do they smell like almonds ?

if they are common funnels they are edible but I wouldn't recommend it without a professional confirmation.

Thanks Chris - I'll take a sniff when the grass is a little drier

I don't think I'm brave enough to sample them, even with a positive identification (I might if the person identifying them eats a plateful first)
