Some strong compositions and punchy contrast . You bring a real flavour of the coastline to the ones around Seaton, I can almost feel the breeze and hear the seagulls.

You clearly love the Macro lens though! My favourite is the chocolate and jelly babies ... looks like a very tasty combination .... got to go, just off to Tesco now!

A great set! Love nos 8 & 11 with the macro, as well as Seaton cliffs and Sidmouth beach pano - a gritty feel to that one

Nice camera innit?
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

thanks for comments. thanks Nigel, it is not a dramatic coastline like Cornwall but a pleasant area to stay for a week, by the way Tesco do not sell Walnut Whips ,at least not here, found them in the Pound Shop. well Derek i hope i can get some bug shots as good as yours the Macro/Close up are part of a 52 project on Flickr where the subject is set each week from a set of Lightbox Photo Cards which can be a challenge sometimes . the Valve i bought in an Antique/Junk shop for £2, the light bulb was lit and controlled through a dimmer so as to just get some detail in the filament then Solarised in NIK Colour Efex, the Walnut Whip ,well who would not like a giant one of those and i think the matches used about 100 to get that.
