Snowfun: School's closed !
I don't use PS 7, but there should be; somewhere, a tool for picking a white point.. usually a little dropper icon. Click that, and then click on a point that should be pure white (in this case the snow) and it will render the whole image based on your choice of white. This will also pull all the other colours into line.
I hope you don't mind, but I've had a quick go myself..

Hope that helps,
Cheers

Took this on Thursday as my kids were coming back from school as it was closed. I rush processed the film (konica VX 400 ) in C41 as usual, scanned the negs for sending to the local paper and found the snow came out with a very strong yellow cast ! I messed about in PhotoShop 7 with levels and curves on various channels. I DID give x2 compensation on my ME Super with 50mm f1.7 Pentax-M lens. 1/500th @ f5.6
It made the Front Page of Friday's Brentwood Recorder though ( they don't know anything about colour casts!)
Taken the PLUNGE - BUT FILM STILL RULES !!!
