Hello to all.
Returned to photography after about a 15 year absence, it was getting far too expensive learning with film.
Now gone Digital with a K10D and its still costing loads LOL.
I think I’ve now got everything I need. Well a nice macro lens would be good. Thinking the Sigma 105mm F/2.8 macro would be the one to go for?

Welcome aboard - hope you enjoy being here!

Almost all macro lenses are great optics so I'm sure that you'll find one that suits. Don't forget there are lots of second hand manual focus Pentax ones that are very compact and just as good as the current AF ones. Very often manual focus is more convenient for many macro subjects.
Best regards, John
