SMC Pentax-FA 3.5-5.6 28-90mm

I've been looking for a review on this lens and can't find one anywhere. After reading the reviews on some of the other zooms I'd really like to know about this one. Also, does anyone know which lenses are rumored to be manufactured by Tamron?

It's not highly regarded.
