Small talks : about my silver 21mm, 40mm and 70mm DA

Hello everybody,

I know it is not a very rationnal idea.
One year ago, I bought 21mm, 40mm and 70mm DA silver, a little for collection, and a little interested by the K5 silver ( 1st edition )

Right now, rumors about FF make me so excited, because I may be able to use my FA lenses as before ( especially with my 31, 43 and 77mm ).

As I may need money for personnal use, I am considering to sell my DA limited Silver. ( they are mint, as long as I do not use them )

I only talk about in a french forum, and as far as I know, nobody is interested by.

So I ask myself if it is not a better to keep them and use them or to go on try to sell them.
( right now, with my child, I only use zoom and it is already good enought )

Can anybody help here ?

If money is an issue then I don't see much reason to hang on to two options at more or less the same focal length. Personally I'd sell the 40 and 70. You may want to wait though until the recent price rises affecting the UK have also filtered through to France as this will increase the value of secondhand lenses.

As far as the lenses are "as" new, it might be helpful.

The money issue is something I can deal with if I wait for 5-6 months.

But, you are right, the easiest to be sold are 70 and 40mm as far as I have something very similar

So, what is your price for the 21mm limited silver?

I think that my price will be 500€, but I prefer to find someone who might interested by all 3, so they will not be eperate ( I Think about 1400€ for all 3)

When you decide to sell, do please put your ad in the Classified Ads section of the forum.

If you add pictures it will make the process quicker as people do like to see what they are buying.

If I were you I would check on the US Forum, at least earlier there was much more interest in the silver DA lenses than here.
