As promised a few more from Silverstone taken from Friday to Sunday. These are mostly car shots of which I have a rather large selection to choose from (must delete more) Having been to Silverstone a number of years now it becomes harder to capture something original as the backdrops are not always the most photogenic.

No 4 (not normally that keen on a static car from the side but quite like the guy looking at it top right)

Worth waiting for, George. As you say, it is hard to create original action shots at Silverstone, given the cluttered backdrops, and at some points on the track you'll be lost without a 600mm lens plus TC... Even so, the pan shot of Vettel passing The Wing (#11) works well and I love the sunset and Red Arrows photos. I missed the latter as I'd sloped off to Oulton Park on the Saturday.

There are some very nice observational details here, too, such as the marshal pondering the reflection in the pit lane glass. A cracking job, all told.

Lovely set George, all are very good but I particularly like the ones of the trucks lined up.

The standouts for me are 5, 7, 8, 10, 13, ... all seem to offer something photographically extra over and above the subject alone. A great slice of Silverstone life captured
