silkypix software problem

I an not an expert - I recently purchase a Kr and duly loaded the camera utility. All was fine until this weekend - trying to run the utility and it fails and shows a run time error message. I have tried deleting and rerunning the disc - no joy. Can anyone send a simple help message please.

Try updating over install to current version from Pentax web site. It might fix it

If you quote the Run Time Error message perhaps someone on this forum may have encountered it as well.

You may want to Goggle the error message to see whether that gives you more information about your problem.
