No takers? Happy to entertain sensible offers (still think £290 with filters is a pretty good price). Make me an offer, you never know you may catch me at a weak moment and get a bargain!
BG2 Grip, Pentax smc DA 18-55 f3.5~5.6 AL II, Pentax smc DA 50-200 mm F4-5.6 ED, Giottos MTL9251B Tripod & MH5001 Head, Crumpler Pony Box Black.

I wish I could justify it as I know it's a great lens. You can keep the filters though as IMO they won't match the quality of the lens
If I didn't have my Pentax 35 f2 FA then we would be negotiating. All the photographs I've seen from this lens have had a delightful quality about them.

But could be prematurely terminated if I were to buy this without some good reason - and I suspect 'Lilly told me' to wouldn't wash, and Bob, saying 'Bob told me to' wouldn't work either. I love life.

OK guys you've twisted my arm! I'm going to drop the price for a limited period then if it doesn't sell to you lovely, knowledgeable lads and lasses (is that sucking up enough?!) then no matter what the other half says I'm keeping it!
The revised selling price is £260 (that's over a 33% discount on new) including next day delivery if it sells and is paid for by midnight Thursday 13th August, payment by bank transfer or PayPal (plus 3.5% for PayPal charges). The lens will be dispatched when payment clears. Filters still included with lens, can't say fairer than that.

Mike, it's not easy for me either!
It's a fab wee lens and I'd much rather keep it but the better half has decreed that it has to go. I've spent a small fortune on camera and Mac stuff in the last few months and as I'm going back to Uni at the end of September I have to show that I've been trying to "rationalise" the kit bag to placate her!
Go on, help a fellow Pentaxian keep the good lady happy and bag yourself a bargain. I can be your good deed for the day!

Have a Sigma EX 30mm f1.4 DC for sale, recently upgraded to Pentax DA* 55mm f1.4 SDM. The Sigma 30mm is a great little lens with all the well known EX range build quality. It's in tip top condition with all the bits and pieces intact (original box as new with EX carry case, lens hood, documentation and warranty card). It was bought from Merchant City Cameras (formerly Quiggs) in Glasgow about 6 months ago. Also comes with 62mm Hoya Skylight(1B) and Jessops CP filters, there's a hard case for the CP filter. The Skylight has been permanently attached since purchase as a lens protector.
Sad to see the 30mm go but can't really afford to keep it after the purchase of the DA*55 and my impending return to "poor student" status after 20 years in the workforce (combination of redundancy and midlife crisis!!). Also, is it my imagination or have lenses just about doubled in price over the last year or so?!
Looking for £290 as the BNIB price is £379 from SRS (or £389 from Warehouse Express), so about a 25% discount on new price without filters. £10 for insured next day delivery. Will accept Bank transfer or PayPal (PayPal will attract a 3.5% premium to cover PayPal fees). Lens will be posted once payment has cleared by either method.
P.S. also have a couple of unused, genuine Pentax DLi150 batteries if anyone fancies them £35 each (£50 new from Warehouse Express) or both for £65 plus £5 postage. Thought I'd need 4 batteries to go with camera & grip but haven't used them since I bought them so surplus to requirements.
