Sigma EF 500 Super with IST D

Hi folks - does anyone know if the sigma 500 for nikon cameras can be used with an IST, or are the flashguns different depending on which camera they are designed to work with?

cheers

You need to get one dedicated for Pentax as the contacts vary from one camera make to another
