Warranty? And are those scruff marks on the lens hood? Hard to say "as new" with that.

I've just bought a used pre-HSM version off ebay, with matching AF 1.4tc for $700AUD. It's in the post as we speak. Can't wait to get me grubby little hands on it....

I was think in of changing to the Sony a77 but decided to stay with Pentax, hoping their bring out a 24 megapixels camera in their near future, so I'm withdrawing my Sigma lens from sale, another reason is that the large losses on all of my equipment for such a small step up in cameras is just not worth it, after playing with the k5 I realised how good it is, now it's up too me to learn all of its potentials, and stop having lust for any new mega pixels camera that comes out.

hmmm YOu would deeply regret if move to that sony.
To much tech gadget to less photographic tool, K-5 just need someone who want to learn and advance.
With that sigma go to race track, athletic field or just on streets and with time you can make some great images.

My K20D images are already over 12 megs a pop, heaven knows what 24 megapixels would be!

Nice lens though. Stop lusting, go take photographs!

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.
