Sigma 400mm APO 5.6

Hi all

Im thinking of selling my Sigma 400mm APO 5.6 lens

Its has some fungus but does not seem to be affecting the photos that im getting from it.

It has AF & MF focusing with tripod mount

Open to offers
Pentax K30 - Sigma 28mm f2.8 - Pentax 50mm f2.0 - Pentax 17-55mm WR - Sigma 17-70mm DC OS f2.8

How much are you asking for the lens Steve? Also some pictures of it and of the fungus inside it would be helpful!

Can't see any fungus in these shots Steve, could you describe where the fungus is growing inside the lens?

From what I've seen on the web, some of these lenses commonly suffer from hazing/clouding of the internal focusing elements (assuming it has this formula). Opinions seem to differ as to whether this is separation of the elements/cement or oil residue from the focusing mechanism.

In the second photo there are two flare spots, I think the bottom of the internal focusing elements are around the concentric ring where the greenish flare spot is.
