Was thinking of this as my next purchase, interested in any views.

I have the none OS version, bought from a forum mmember, not used it a lot but found that on a monopod it was a good balance (K10d).
I have used it to take a moon shot that was OK. but my tripod is not stable eneough to support the combined weight. (thats another story)
