Hi Birdman, For a change, nice to see you going in for flies and bees giving some rest to the birds. Great macro shots. First one is the greatest for me.

Great picture (no 1) please tell me, is this the sigma on its own or with tubes, is it cropped? and natural light?

I also used a Sigma EM-140 ring flash and I cropped a bit 1/180 sec, f20,+0.3 EV,ISO 250,manual focus,handheld.

Thank you, seriously impressed with hand held. I am waiting on my Tamron SP AF 90mm f/2.8 Di Macro, to be delivered then I am going to give this a try.

The Tamron is a great sharp lens I only got the Sigma because it came up on ebay at a good price .
I look forward to seeing some of your shots on here.
