Shutter counts are displayed in Jpeg, But what I found is, if you do any PP to the Jpeg before opening it in Photome it will remove the Manufacturers notes from the Exif info.

So open the Jpeg before doing anything to it and all the exif info will be displayed.
Depends on the program you use, with some you can indicate witch EXIF data it should keep.

The easy way is to put the cursor in the bottom line/search box of Photome and type shu.

Import a raw file and do as Oggy suggested.

Photome not giving me the Import command, and where would I find that raw file?

Open file is what is meant with the import command, you can find it in the top of the left panel.
