I am sure there are many better qualified to advise. I am very pleased with my F24-50. On my K10 it is manual only.
It depends on what your usage will be and how fussy you are with results. I suspect that any will do if you are just a keen snapper. If you are into comps and large printing, then you will need to take advice from those who do this kind of work

The F series (and later) lenses should be fully auto on all Pentax DSLRs - they have the same auto focus drive and electronic aperture coupling as modern DA lenses.

I've tried a couple on my K-m and that's always been the case. The F series (and later) lenses should be fully auto on all Pentax DSLRs - they have the same auto focus drive and electronic aperture coupling as modern DA lenses.
Thoramay, is there any visible damage to the lens mount on the F lens you mentioned?
If you can't say something nice about Pentax, you won't say anything at all.
Apparently.

Or (and this is a very common one) is the aperture ring set to "A"? I've seen more than a few people who think their expensive lens is wrecked when all they need to do is press the button and turn the aperture ring a bit further.

With regards the OPs original post, both the Pentax lenses seem to be held in high regard, the real question when deciding between them will come down to focal length.
I notice from your sig that the 24-50 range is pretty well covered by your existing lenses, whereas the wide end of the 20-35 would offer you something new. As such I'd go for the 20-35.

Tripping over my words again. I only use manual focus with my F lens. Should have made that clearer.
Might just try auto focus sometime.

I would - apparently pretty much all pros, if asked, will freely admit that AF does the job better than they can!
Plus the AF lenses are not nice to focus manually - very little tactile feedback.

I have only slr camera, not dslr .
Sure 20-35/4 is something new for my focal range like sigma and tokina too.
Anyone has something to say about sigma 15-30 or tokina 24-50?

Personally I would recommend the DA 16-45, it's better than any you have shortlisted, unless you want to use it on film, where it does work above 20mm, so it becomes a 20-45 f4.0. I used mine on my MZ-S as a wide angle and I also had the Tokina 20-35 which wasn't as good.
You can still find them at realistic prices, The Tokina 20-25/2.8 would be my 2nd choice followed by the FA 20-35 f4.0
