service pentax dissapointed me

This really is very poor service indeed, assuming the problem is a fault rather than accidental damage then the camera should have been replaced by Pentax.
If I were you, I would demand a replacement camera or a refund of the purchase price.

Well, if it makes you feel better - Pentax UK is not much better! I've tried to order an accessory from them for about two months!!
Finally, after emailing Pentax Japan, I get a written reply from Pentax UK saying they were sorry for the delay, but they are having trouble emailing me . . . . . . funny - I got the letter 2 days after receiving an email from Pentax UK saying for for the delay...oh and I'm still waiting on my order!
I wonder if anyone else has had problems with the After Sales...?

Thank you for your attention (kimbo and rabvtec) and suggestion, Hmpppff... for you to know until this time pentax Indonesia never respond my complain and they keep quiet, never give me a contact. The last time i contacted Pentax Indonesia (Jl. Sunter Agung, Jakarta) by phone (interlocal) and what they say...oh mam i don't know untill when u wait your camera b-cause our order from singapore not delivered yet. Then i told them that means pentax have no responsible and their after sales service is very-very bad and dissapointed their consumer. Then they told me : better you tell our technition (but their technition didn't in the office that time, and made mad because i have 2 waited to knew it. Godness) and they ask me to call them again on 1/2 an hour later, they didn't care eventhough i told that i call them by interlocal and is very expensive on work time.
Then phew....untill now i don't know how's my camera. Some body help me...!! maybe between all of you have any suggestion for me. What i have supposed to do to get my right as a counsumer.
